Acupuncture during pregnancy?

My wife is 8 weeks pregnant and is suffering from nauseas.
She wants to start acupuncture treatment in order to relieve the nauseas and to feel better.
Is it safe during pregnancy?. Does it help?.

That’s something you might want to ask her dr about.
It is safe as long as the acupuncturist knows that she is pregnant. Some of them actually specialize in pregnancy, so ask the dr. for a recomendation. Good Luck to both of you!!!
Acupuncture can be employed safely during pregnancy. I have treated women for pregnancy related nausea with rapid results.
