I’ve heard that acupuncture can help people suffering from unexplained infertility. Does anyone have experience with this and have had a good result (successful pregnancy)? Also, do the chinese herbs help as well?

I have been trying to conceive for a year now and have been considering trying acupuncture. Has anyone tried this before? Is it a total waste of time?
No I do not mean fertility shots. I know that fertility drugs work.
I mean acupuncture. As in having needles put all over your body. There are special acupuncturist who specialize in fertility acupuncutre which is suppose to stimulate hormones and ovulation?
