You are not allowed to get a massage until after your first trimester because during the first trimester is when the fetus is growing the most & when you get a massage it moves a lot of chemicals around & interferes with the growing process . But after your first trimester massage is healthy.

Very well said! Thank you so much for posting. It would be nice to also see a video that connects five element philosophy/system to actual application (qi, needling, etc). I think what is difficult for some westerners to understand, is how this philosophy translates into qi, meridians, and needling… Your succinct articulations would be so nice to hear. Thanks again.

I am bloated from just doing the Injections ! I look pregnant! LOL . I also get alot of wind and it hurts my ovaries, my husband thinks the farting is super funny.
your tummy looks hawt i look 6 months pregnant next to you . I put on alot of weight when i gave up smoking oh well its all for a good cause yay!
You look FAB! ((hugs)) xx
