I got this because my neck goes out if I work on the PC for too long and then I have to go to chiropractor. This helps keep my neck in proper position to avoid this problem. Only complaint is the bulb and tube are a little awkward to walk around the house with. Probably could remove the bulb once its inflated though.

Hard to follow directions as the translation is very poor and doesn’t make sense. The item will not deflate as instructed. Readings on pressure gauge is mentioned. How is one supposed to know what the pressure is as there is no gauge on the appliance. How does one return it for a working product or to get one’s money back as there is no shipping receipt enclosed?Cervical Neck Traction

Very poorly made. Air bulb leaks. Neck traction pillows leak. Someone is making a great profit! Save your money and time.

I found it to be uncomfortable and not very durable: after a few weeks of use, the sack ruptured.

This item is poorly made. The directions are so poorly translated and spelled that they are laughable. The 2 thin/cheap strips of velcro intended to keep the collar closed pop open as soon as you get enough traction to feel it at all. The release valve does not work. I had to pull the bulb off the end of the hose to deflate the device to put it back in the box. I returned it the day after I received. The “expedited” shipping took almost a week.
