Has anyone got pregnant following acupuncture treatment, if so how long did it take for you to get pregnant?

I am 43 and trying to get pregnant. I am not sure which way to go- should I try infertility or Acupuncture? I have fibriods as well. My hubby’s sperm count is low. Please advise and I thank you in advance.
